Huddle up for Suicide Prevention
WE LOOK TO BUILD:
A community of trust, support, and understanding with a goal to de-stigmatize mental health conversations, help those affected by a loss, and bring light to darkness. We do things with people to build bonds and raise money for mental health. Have a beer and talk to someone. Come to a football game. See some live music. Wear a toque to signal that you’re safe to talk with.
It’s true that one suicide affects a lot of people, and one in five Canadians will face personal mental health struggles this year.
We exist for you
HERE, YOU CAN FIND HELP IF YOU:
• are someone or know someone struggling with mental health
• are considering suicide or know someone who may be
• are suffering the loss of someone who died by suicide
• want to help someone you know affected by suicide
Join the circle. We can’t do it alone. Neither can you. And neither can they.Donate Today

With the CFL’s help, we can make a difference. We want to take Huddle Up league-wide and begin talking with the league and CFL Commissioner, Randy Ambrosie to make this dream come true. Not for us. Not for money. For the people it can help; for the people it can save. The need to normalize conversations around mental health is clear among players, alumni and fans.
